Your role and your impact
As a business development manager, you play a crucial role in expanding our market share in belgium. Your work will have a direct impact on how companies interact with their audiences. You are the driving force behind attracting new customers for our Naxai platform. You proactively seek new opportunities in the market and build a strong and sustainable network. In this role, you work closely with our Head of Growth, who feeds the inbound pipeline via targeted seo and sea campaigns.
Your responsibilities
- Proactive prospecting: you identify and approach potential customers to pitch the added value of our CPaaS platform (Naxai) and our sms/rcs, email, and voice solutions.
- Building partnerships: you look for strategic partners and build long-term relationships that lead to mutual growth and new integrations.
- Networking and trade fairs: you represent ringring at relevant b2b trade fairs, events, and conferences to put our brand on the map and generate leads.
- Internal synergy: you work hand in hand with the Head of Growth. You convert strong seo/sea leads into successful deals and provide market feedback to further optimize our marketing campaigns.
- Demo: you are able to perform standard demonstrations of our software backed-up with technical people in case of complex questions.
- Deal closing: you manage the entire sales process, from the first contact to the final handshake and a successful transfer to the onboarding team.
Your essential skills (must-have) (Applications are welcome even if not all points are met. We value learning and motivation.)
- Languages: you are perfectly bilingual (Dutch/French). Both orally and in writing, you express yourself flawlessly and convincingly in both national languages. Knowledge of English is self-evident.
- Experience: you have proven experience in b2b sales or business development.
- Mentality: you are a result-oriented person who gets energy from building connections and achieving common goals.
- Team player: you can work autonomously while knowing that the best results come from smooth cooperation with marketing and the broader commercial department.
Optional skills (nice-to-have) (These elements are assets, but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of english is a strong plus.
- Experience within saas, tech, or cpaas environments.
- Tech affinity: you understand the concepts behind apis and cloud communication (sms, rcs, voice, email) or you are eager to learn about them very quickly.
- Marketing tech: aware and willing to work with Pipedrive, Lemlist, GoogleAds, etc.
