What you’ll actually be working on

As a medior Data Scientist, you’ll translate concrete business challenges into production-grade AI solutions with visible impact.

You will:

Design and develop AI applications such as:

• Virtual assistants enhancing customer experience
• Advanced AI tools supporting employee efficiency and creativity
• Intelligent automation of internal processes

Work across generative and classical AI, including:

• Large Language Models (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning)
• Speech and multimodal AI
• Agent-based AI systems
• Statistical and machine learning techniques

Who this role is for

This role is a strong fit if you:

• Hold a Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, engineering or a related quantitative field
• Have around 3 or more years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar AI-focused role
• Have deep expertise in at least one AI domain (e.g. NLP, ML, generative AI) and the ambition to broaden further
• Are comfortable coding in Python and care about clean, maintainable work
• Understand ML engineering basics (version control, reproducibility, CI/CD)
• Communicate fluently in English, and have are fluent in French and/or Dutch
