We’re currently partnering with an organisation undergoing a major enterprise transformation and are looking for a highly delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to join a critical, high visibility programme.

This is not a traditional governance heavy PM role.

We’re looking for someone who thrives close to delivery teams, someone comfortable operating inside Agile environments, driving execution, challenging timelines constructively, and keeping complex programmes moving forward.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving delivery across a large scale transformation initiative

• Working closely with Agile software engineering teams

• Coordinating sprint planning, roadmap execution, and stakeholder alignment

• Partnering with Product Owners and senior business stakeholders

• Managing delivery risks, timelines, and execution quality

• Helping teams stay accountable and focused under pressure

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Senior PM / Delivery Management experience

• Background in Agile software delivery environments

• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams

• Experience managing complex enterprise stakeholders

• Confident challenging estimations, scope, and delivery expectations

• Dutch speaking required
