Cyber Security Consultant

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Omada (IAM / IGA) Consultant to join a growing identity consultancy delivering enterprise-level IGA solutions across Belgium and the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with customers to design and implement scalable identity lifecycle solutions using Omada SaaS.

This is a business-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams while solving complex identity challenges.

• Duration: 12-month rolling contract
• Day Rate: € Negotiable & Competitive
• Location: Belgium (Hybrid – initial on-site presence required)
• Languages: English & Dutch
• Start Date: ASAP

Core Responsibilities

• Lead “as-is” and “to-be” workshops to analyse, map, and improve customer identity and access processes
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for delivery teams
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Design and support the implementation of IGA solutions using Omada SaaS, ensuring alignment with best practices
• Present solutions to stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide guidance on feasibility within the tool
• Handle complex identity “edge cases” (e.g. access continuity across role changes without creating role explosion)
• Support identity lifecycle design, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes and provisioning models
• Contribute to data model design and overall identity governance frameworks within client environments

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Omada (ideally SaaS) in an IGA/IAM environment
• Proven background in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), including:

1. Provisioning & lifecycle management
2. Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes
3. Segregation of Duties (SoD)

• Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to understand and model complex organisations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering IGA solutions in enterprise-level environments
• Ability to challenge requirements and align solutions with best practices
• Fluent English & Dutch

Nice to Have

• Omada Certification (highly preferred)
• Experience with SailPoint as an alternative IGA tool
• Exposure to energy, retail, or media sector projects
• Certifications such as CISP or ISO 27001
• Experience working in SaaS-driven identity environments
