Corilus is the leading provider of digital solutions for healthcare professionals in Belgium, with over 30 years of experience building software for doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and care coordinators. Today, we serve more than 70,000 healthcare professionals.
We are now at an inflection point. Following the acquisition of Sofia Développement in France and backed by PSG and Rivean Capital, we are consolidating our portfolio into a unified, AI-native platform that will redefine clinical software across Belgium and France.
We are looking for builders — people who see the gap between what healthcare software is today and what it could be, and who want to close it.
Reporting to a Head of Product within one of our Product Tribes, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across one or more squads, from discovery through adoption.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not manage people directly, but you will set the standard for product management. Other PMs will look to you for how discovery is done, how decisions are made, and what great product thinking looks like. You mentor actively and help raise the bar across the team.
You will operate at the intersection of clinical workflows, platform capabilities, and AI, building products that healthcare professionals rely on every day and that meaningfully increase the time they can spend with patients.
Define and own a compelling product vision and strategy.
Translate business goals and user insights into a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap. Make hard prioritization calls, articulate trade-offs plainly, and keep the squad relentlessly focused on impact. Work backwards from the practitioner — every roadmap decision should trace back to a real clinical problem.
Drive continuous discovery to deeply understand your users.
Spend time with Healthcare Professionals and Partners — interviews, observations, usability tests. Build genuine fluency in the daily workflows of Healthcare Professionals, and care coordinators. Turn what you learn into sharp problem statements and validated opportunity areas, not a backlog of guesses.
Lead delivery with engineering and design as a true team.
Write crisp specs, facilitate sprint rituals that are worth attending, and unblock your team fast. You take personal ownership of outcomes — including when things go wrong.
Identify where AI removes real friction — not where it makes a demo impressive. Whether that’s intelligent automation, LLM-powered documentation, or predictive workflows, you work hands‑on with our AI development team, define meaningful evaluation criteria, and measure impact in production.
AI is not just something you build into products — it's something you use to build them faster. You actively leverage AI tools in your own workflow: generating prototypes, synthesising research, drafting specs, running competitor analysis. You help your squad adopt the same habits, compressing the distance between idea and validated output.
You are not a passive consumer of design. You shape the functional architecture of your product — how it flows, how it structures information, and how it handles edge cases. You work closely with Architects and designers and, when needed, produce your own wireframes and flow diagrams to drive alignment. Engineering should never be waiting for a clear functional picture.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales so that new capabilities land well. Activation and retention metrics get the same attention as ship dates.
You are not a solo contributor. Review other PMs’ work, share discovery insights openly, and help build the product practices that our Product & Engineering org needs to scale. The best version of this role makes the whole tribe sharper.
