LSI have partnered with a high-growth Salesforce Partner that is looking to hire an experienced Lead Salesforce CPQ Consultant to join their expanding delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce CPQ expert who enjoys leading enterprise implementations, working closely with stakeholders, and shaping scalable Salesforce solutions for a diverse customer base.


As a Lead Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving end-to-end CPQ projects, mentoring junior consultants, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients across the Salesforce ecosystem.


Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations for enterprise clients
  • Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions
  • Design and configure Salesforce CPQ including product rules, pricing, approvals, quote templates, renewals, and amendments
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Run client workshops and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices
  • Support pre-sales activities including demos, discovery sessions, and solution design
  • Mentor and support junior consultants within the practice
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard


Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce CPQ implementations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud
  • Experience leading workshops and managing client relationships
  • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred xqknzec
  • Previous experience working for a Salesforce Partner or Consultancy is highly desirable
