Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the setup, management, and continuous development of PMO structures for leading clients in the medical device industry
• Develop, manage, and optimize project schedules and timelines in complex development and industrial projects
• Conduct maturity assessments and derive concrete, actionable recommendations
• Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and organizational structures
• Support project management across multiple functions and management levels
• Foster a project-oriented company culture by introducing appropriate tools, templates, and methodologies

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical device industry or a regulated healthcare environment
• Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Primavera (e.g., Oracle Primavera P6) is required
• Excellent English skills
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an international environment
