What will you do?

As Marketing Assistant for our MedTech division, you will support our marketing and sales activities in the BENELUX for Infusion technologies, Enteral Nutrition Systems and Transfusion & Cell Therapies.

You will contribute to bringing marketing campaigns, events, and communications to life by coordinating materials, managing logistics, and supporting smooth execution. You will work closely with sales teams, the French marketing team and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with defined processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Organise and coordinate events, seminars, and meetings, including materials and logistics.
• Support the creation, translation, and lifecycle management of marketing and communication materials.
• Update documents and maintain a clear folder structure to avoid unnecessary duplication.
• Manage inventory of demo and marketing equipment, ensuring everything is ready when needed.
• Track budgets and assist in maintaining compliance with marketing regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Support trainings, tenders, and other ad-hoc projects.

Your Profile:

You are passionate about healthcare, enthusiastic and proactive. You want to make a difference in this world to better help patients.

Additionally, you have/are:

• a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Life Sciences or a related field, with an interest in healthcare or medical technologies.
• structured, organised and detail-oriented.
• excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• a team player who enjoys coordinating across departments.
• eager to learn and support both sales and marketing initiatives.
• result-oriented, customer focused and hands-on
