Multiple Financial Profiles | Brussels

Meritis is an independent consulting firm with 17 years of growth, +950 consultants, and 80% of its revenue in Banking, Finance & Insurance. Present in Brussels since 2021, we're now expanding our local Finance practice — and we're looking for several medior financial experts (3–6 years of experience), each specialized in one of the following areas:

Asset Management

You have solid experience across the full investment chain — from front-office portfolio management and performance reporting to middle- and back-office operations. You understand how trades flow through systems, how NAV is produced, and how to spot and fix breaks across the chain.

Cash Management

Treasury, liquidity and transaction banking are your domain. You know how to optimize cash flows, manage bank relationships, and keep operations running smoothly.

Financial Processes

You specialize in mapping, documenting and strengthening financial workflows — with a solid grasp of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, DORA, Basel IV).

Operational Improvement

You identify inefficiencies and turn them into lasting improvements. Finance background meets project mindset.

What we're looking for across all profiles

3 to 6 years of experience in finance or a closely related field

Deep expertise in at least one of the areas above

Strong analytical skills and a structured, solutions-oriented approach

Comfortable in complex, client-facing environments

Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong asset
