What You Will Do

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a compelling strategy to scale Uber Eats across Belgium, ensuring alignment with global priorities while incorporating local market insights.
• Team Management: Build and lead the local team and ensure our org and resources are optimized to achieve our business ambitions.
• Operational Leadership: Ensure operational excellence through marketplace optimization, improving margins and overall efficiency while improving customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the P&L, driving financial growth and profitability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, including enterprise partners, policymakers, and local communities.

What You Will Need

• 10+ years of experience: You have experience in strategic, operational, or leadership roles, with a demonstrated history of managing a P&L and driving impactful outcomes.
• Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving strategic initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic Thinker: You are capable of developing and implementing long‑term strategies, while also diving into the details to ensure operational excellence. You thrive on turning complex challenges into actionable plans.
• Inspirational Leader: You excel at motivating and engaging diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. You build strong relationships, both within your team and with external partners.
• Project Management: You have experience managing large‑scale projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and optimizing operational performance.
