Sales Manager (Retail - Private Label & Export)


Since 2021, the Boerinneke brand has been part of the international chocolate and hazelnut

producer Nutkao Group. Our ambition? To significantly expand production in Puurs (Sint-

Amands) by developing new ranges for both branded products and strong private label

concepts, serving growing national and international retail markets.

To structure this growth and elevate our sales organization to the next level, we are looking

for an experienced, autonomous, and driven Sales Manager (Retail – Private Label & Export)


Position Purpose, Responsibilities, and Key Duties

As Sales Manager, you are not only the commercial driving force behind the Boerinneke

brand, but you also lead the Private Label business in the Benelux and manage

international export activities. You operate with a high level of autonomy and report

directly to the VP Retail.

Key Responsibilities


  • Commercial Management

You act as the main point of contact for Retail and Foodservice customers and

manage the full P&L responsibility of your portfolio;

  • Structure & KPIs

You establish a clear sales structure and define, monitor, and report KPIs to ensure

measurable and sustainable growth;

  • Business Development

You identify new commercial opportunities in the Benelux and take the first steps

toward further international expansion, with a focus on Northern Europe;

  • Internal Collaboration

You are a driving force at our Puurs office and act as a bridge between Sales and

other departments such as Customer Service and Business Development, helping

to optimize internal processes;

  • Market Analysis

You translate market data (Nielsen, GfK) into concrete action plans and creative

concepts, which you present enthusiastically in Dutch, French, and English.



Position Requirements


  • Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a commercial sales role within FMCG (preferably

Retail Food). xqknzec Experience with Private Label is a strong asset;

  • Personality

You are a natural door-opener with a win-win mindset, combining perseverance with

flexibility;

  • Hands-on & Present

You understand the value of on-site presence for close alignment with colleagues

and effective support of customer service;

  • Analytical Skills

You are numerically strong and know how to turn data into tangible growth;

  • Languages

You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, French, and English.
