Research Associate Executive Search

Ebbinge Belgium is an executive search firm with a strong focus on Private Equity funds, family-owned businesses, and entrepreneurial SMEs. We support Private Equity funds in attracting talent for their investment teams. In addition, we assist their portfolio companies in recruiting C-level executives and other key positions that are critical to growth and value creation. Beyond executive search, we also provide advisory services on leadership and team development, and we deploy interim managers to strengthen organizations during periods of transformation or critical phases. Due to the continued growth of our Brussels office, we are looking for a Research Associate to join our team. As a Research Associate, you will play an integral role in our search assignments, working closely with consultants and gradually taking on responsibility. Conducting market and company analyses to identify relevant talent, trends, and opportunities Master’s degree (in economics, finance, business, commercial engineering, HR, or a related field) An initial professional experience or internship (e.g. in executive search, professional services, or another research-driven environment) is a plus An interest in Private Equity and the broader business landscape Fluency in Dutch and/or French, as well as English A role within a focused and entrepreneurial team based in Brussels A strong professional network within Private Equity and the broader business community
