Due to the continued growth of our Brussels office, we are looking for a Research Associate to join our team. This role is well suited to someone with strong analytical skills who is looking to develop within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Role

As a Research Associate, you will play an integral role in our search assignments, working closely with consultants and gradually taking on responsibility. Your main tasks include:

• Conducting market and company analyses to identify relevant talent, trends, and opportunities
• Engaging with candidates and supporting them throughout the recruitment process
• Preparing client materials, including search strategies, presentations, and progress updates
• Supporting ongoing assignments and contributing to business development by monitoring market developments:

Profile

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A genuine interest in people and organizations
• Master’s degree (in economics, finance, business, commercial engineering, HR, or a related field)
• An initial professional experience or internship (e.g. in executive search, professional services, or another research-driven environment) is a plus
• An interest in Private Equity and the broader business landscape
• A proactive mindset and motivation to grow in a setting that combines autonomy with responsibility and entrepreneurship
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, as well as English
