Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Leuven /brusssell for a Meta Ads Specialist focusing on fashion e-commerce. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end Meta ad campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, allocating budgets, creating ad creatives tailored to the fashion industry, and staying updated on trends in social media advertising. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Marketing within a digital retail or fashion environment
• Proven understanding of Fashion Styling and knowledge of current fashion trends
• Background in Fashion and Fashion Design is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance tracking and optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Meta ad platforms and tools is required
• Shopify experience preferred
• Strong ROAS scaling experience
• creative testing experience
