Responsibilities
Keysight Technologies is actively involved in a wide range of funded cooperative R&D programs across Europe. These programs are funded at local, national, and European levels and are centrally coordinated from our office in Leuven, Belgium.
We are looking for an EC Project Officer to support the identification, preparation, administration, financial follow-up, and closure of funded research projects. This role focuses on the non-technical management of R&D projects and ensures that projects are executed in line with funding requirements, consortium obligations, and Keysight’s internal processes.
You will work closely with the European Research Projects Coordinator , technical project managers, internal finance and operations teams, and external project partners. You will help ensure that both new and ongoing projects are managed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
This is an opportunity to work in an international R&D environment, mainly across Europe, with additional interactions involving colleagues and partners in the US and Asia. The projects you support will contribute to the advancement of test and measurement technologies.

The ideal candidate has relevant experience in the administration of locally, nationally, or European-funded R&D programs. You understand the processes involved in proposal submission, contract negotiation, project reporting, reviews, and administrative closure.
