AI Engineer – GenAI / LLMs / Machine Learning

Location: Brussels and Ghent

Salary: Up to €6,000 gross/month + benefits

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and Data Science to help build intelligent products and scalable AI solutions. A software engineering mindset is important, and experience with React is considered a strong plus.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop GenAI and LLM-powered applications
• Build and optimize ML pipelines and AI workflows
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy AI models
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
• Contribute to scalable backend and frontend integrations
• Stay current with the latest AI tooling and frameworks

Tech Stack

• Python
• LLMs / GenAI frameworks
• Machine Learning & Data Science tooling
• APIs & cloud platforms- Azure/Databricks
• React (nice to have)

What we’re looking for

• Experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Hands-on work with LLMs and GenAI applications
• Strong Python skills
• Experience deploying AI solutions into production
• Understanding of software engineering best practices
• React or frontend experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
