Business & Requirements Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business & Requirements Analyst for a prestigious European Institution in Brussels.

️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business processes modelling;
• Business model analysis;
• Business requirements analysis;
• Functional requirements analysis;
• Process analysis;
• Risk analysis;
• Assistance in drafting business cases, project charters and security plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent knowledge of UML and BPMN ;
• Excellent knowledge of business analysis and business processes modelling ;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies ;
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks/methodologies;
• At least, one of the following certifications : BPMN 2.0, OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB), OMG Certified UML Professional, BABOK, ITIL 4, PM² certifications, Agile Certified Professional IIB;
• University degree in relevant fields;
• Fluency in English (C1);
• Ability to work in multicultural and international settings .

This is a hybrid role , requiring on-site presence at the Brussels office 3 days per week.
