The role

As Director Sports & Leisure, you will lead and further develop our VIP & Event Catering segment.

A true entrepreneur within the group, you will drive strategic direction, financial performance and operational excellence across high-visibility activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Sports & Leisure strategy
• Own the P&L and overall business performance
• Ensure flawless execution during high-intensity events
• Develop premium, distinctive catering concepts
• Inspire and lead passionate, expert teams
• Act as a key partner for clients, organisers and stakeholders

Your profile

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within event catering, premium hospitality or the events industry
• Strong leadership combined with a solid business mindset
• Deep focus on customer experience and quality
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, demanding environments
• Natural affinity with sports and live events
• Fluency in French and Dutch required – English is an asset
