ASIC Operations & Supply Chain Lead

The role focuses on coordinating supply chain solutions across manufacturing, assembly, and testing activities. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational execution and delivery performance. This position requires a strong understanding of semiconductor production flows, planning constraints, and supplier management.

• Lead operational coordination for ASIC supply chain activities across multiple stakeholders
• Manage demand planning, forecasting updates, and production scheduling alignment
• Monitor supplier capacity, delivery timelines, and potential supply risks
• Ensure high-quality and on-time execution of semiconductor manufacturing operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and planning processes

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 3-10 years of experience in supply chain operations , ideally in semiconductors or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing suppliers, schedules, and customer communications.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for reporting and analyzing supply chain data.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
