Business Analyst

For a leading technology-driven environment, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support process-driven initiatives related to workflows, approvals and data management.

Your role

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with development teams
• Support project tracking and risk management
• Coordinate testing phases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify and drive process improvements
• Ensure data quality and usability.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (senior level)
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with process analysis and workflow-driven environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge business and IT

Nice to have:

• Experience with workflow automation or document management systems
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in complex or innovation-driven environments.

• Location: Leuven area – hybrid (3 days onsite required)
