Agile Delivery Coach – Transformation & Delivery

Context

For one of our international enterprise clients in the Brussels region we are looking for an experienced freelance Agile Delivery Coach to support transversal transformation and delivery initiatives within a complex IT & Business environment.

You will operate across multiple teams and domains, helping to improve alignment, delivery visibility and cross-functional collaboration in an environment where transformation, execution and continuous improvement are key.

This role combines agile coaching, delivery governance and change enablement.

Responsibilities

• Support transversal planning & delivery initiatives across multiple teams and streams
• Facilitate alignment between stakeholders, teams and dependencies
• Help improve delivery follow-up, visibility and execution discipline
• Contribute to transformation and portfolio management improvement initiatives
• Coach teams and stakeholders in agile ways of working with a pragmatic mindset
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops, discussions and decision-making sessions
• Act as a bridge between business, transformation and technology stakeholders

Profile

• Strong experience as Agile Coach, Delivery Coach or Transformation Coach
• Proven experience in complex enterprise environments
• Strong business mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
• Experience in change management and transformation initiatives
• Pragmatic profile with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to navigate complex and transversal environments
• Strong facilitation and alignment capabilities

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or Power BI
• Technical affinity or previous development background
• Experience within large-scale transformation programs
