This role is ideal for someone with a background in AI Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or AI Consulting who wants to step beyond purely technical delivery and play a bigger role in how AI is implemented, adopted, and scaled across a business.

You’ll work closely with both technical and business teams to identify impactful AI opportunities, support the rollout of GenAI solutions like Copilot, and help organisations turn AI ideas into practical improvements in the way people work.

This position sits right at the intersection of AI, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and coaching.

What You’ll Be Doing

Help Drive AI Adoption Across the Business

You’ll work with teams to identify where AI can create real operational value.

• Explore workflows and business processes to uncover AI and automation opportunities
• Help prioritise high-impact AI initiatives and use cases
• Support proof of concepts, pilots, and AI experimentation
• Bridge the gap between technical AI teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure AI initiatives align with governance and business objectives

Bring AI Into Everyday Workflows

A key focus is making sure AI tools are actually used effectively across teams.

• Support employees using tools like Copilot and other GenAI solutions
• Help integrate AI into daily business processes and workflows
• Create prompt libraries, guides, and practical AI examples
• Act as a trusted AI advisor for both technical and non-technical teams
• Help organisations move from AI curiosity to measurable adoption

Lead, Coach & Influence

This role is well suited to someone looking to become more business-facing and leadership-oriented.

• Run workshops, training sessions, and AI enablement initiatives
• Translate technical AI concepts into practical business language
• Guide stakeholders through AI transformation and change management
• Share AI best practices and success stories across teams
• Help build a culture of AI experimentation and innovation

What You Bring

• Around 5–8+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, AI Consulting, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies (LLMs, chatbots, automation, predictive models)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working across both technical and business environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Interest in moving into a more strategic, transformational, or leadership-focused role
