We are looking for a Digital Campaign Planner (NL) with a strong passion for digital advertising, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing to join one of our clients' teams.
What are your responsibilities?
- Translate campaign objectives into effective strategies and tactical media plans across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns , ensuring the media mix aligns with target audience engagement.
- Advise internal stakeholders on the most suitable channels, formats, and targeting approaches for each specific campaign.
- Manage the full execution lifecycle , from initial briefing and asset coordination to final reporting and performance analysis.
- Monitor and allocate budgets effectively , ensuring advertising spend is optimized to maximize ROI.
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics continuously to provide actionable insights and feedback to marketing leadership.
- Evaluate creative assets and identify high-performing formats to improve digital advertising outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the curve on platform updates, emerging trends, and social media developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with brand managers and content teams to ensure smooth execution and strategic alignment.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance.
- Hands-on expertise in social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and/or Search Engine Advertising (Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills , with a proven ability to interpret campaign metrics and define data-driven tactics.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills , capable of maintaining a structured overview of multiple ongoing priorities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong time management skills and a discipline for meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM, or CRO is considered a significant plus.
- Collaborative attitude , thriving in environments where you act as a bridge between brand strategy and technical execution.
