SAP Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team in Seneffe (Belgium). You’ll lead SAP projects in a regulated life sciences environment, driving impactful initiatives across business and IT. In this role, you will lead SAP-driven projects within the life sciences sector, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical delivery in a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects in a regulated life sciences environment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, quality, and validation stakeholders
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (GxP, CSV) throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops and act as the key interface between business and technical teams
• Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Support validation activities and ensure proper documentation when required
• Drive continuous improvement of SAP processes and project delivery practices

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP environments, with exposure to project coordination or management
• Experience in the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
• Good understanding of regulated environments (GxP, Computer System Validation)
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (such as MM, SD, or FI/CO)
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and regulated environment
• Willingness to be based in Brussels (mobility required)
• Experience in pharmaceutical / biotech environment
