P&C Pricing Actuary - (Commercial Lines)

Company Overview

A leading international insurance group is looking for a Pricing Actuary to join its growing European team. The business is investing heavily in its pricing capabilities, with a strong focus on innovation, data, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance in-house pricing models and tools using Python
• Take ownership of the end-to-end pricing tool lifecycle, from development to deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with underwriting and business teams to understand tool usage in production
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve pricing tools (feedback loop)
• Support the integration of AI and advanced analytics into pricing processes
• Work with complex datasets to extract actionable insights

Key Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in P&C / non-life insurance, ideally within pricing
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with data-driven tools
• Experience developing or managing actuarial tools in a production environment
• Understanding of commercial lines / large corporate business
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work across technical and business teams
