Sales Development Representative (CDD)


Type: CDD - Temporary position (3 months) Sales At FLYX, we design and deliver innovative digital solutions for retailers and fuel brands. Our technology helps businesses modernize their retail operations and improve customer experiences. To accelerate our growth across Europe, we are looking for a confident and driven Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by identifying and contacting potential clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to start learning real B2B sales early in your career . Many successful sales professionals start in outbound prospecting: it’s one of the best ways to develop confidence, communication skills, and a strong commercial mindset. If you are ambitious and eager to gain hands-on experience in real sales conversations , this role is for you. As part of the sales team, your main mission will be generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting . Lead qualification: engage prospects, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities for the sales team. Market insights: provide feedback from conversations with prospects to help refine our sales strategy. Degree in Master’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, or a related field . Confident communicator who is not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with senior executives. Comfortable handling cold calls and outbound sales conversations . Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a strong plus). With a prrevious first experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. A real commercial experience in B2B tech sales. A young and entrepreneurial team . Full-time or Part-time Opportunity to develop strong sales and negotiation skills .
