To accelerate our growth across Europe, we are looking for a confident and driven Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by identifying and contacting potential clients.

This role offers a unique opportunity to start learning real B2B sales early in your career . Many successful sales professionals start in outbound prospecting: it’s one of the best ways to develop confidence, communication skills, and a strong commercial mindset.

What You’ll Do

As part of the sales team, your main mission will be generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting .

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cold calling and outreach: proactively contact potential clients across Europe
  • Prospect identification: research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers 
  • Lead qualification: engage prospects, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
  • Meeting generation: book meetings and product demos 
  • CRM management: maintain accurate prospect and lead information in the CRM
  • Market insights: provide feedback from conversations with prospects to help refine our sales strategy.

This is a very hands-on role with real responsibility , where your performance will directly impact business growth.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Master’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, or a related field .
  • Confident communicator who is not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with senior executives.
  • Comfortable handling cold calls and outbound sales conversations .
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented .
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a strong plus).
  • Organized and comfortable working with digital tools 
  • With a prrevious first experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
