We’re looking for a Product Manager – Expert Cards, who can take full ownership of the card domain within the payments landscape and act as the go-to expert for all card-related topics You will be part of the team responsible for daily banking products, including payments, savings, insurance, and packaged accounts (e.g. The focus is on managing products in the market and continuously improving the end-to-end customer journey across app, branches, and contact center. Manage and optimize vendor relationships and service delivery Support product packaging (e.g. Silver, Gold accounts) linked to payment solutions Proven experience as Product Manager within banking/payments Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks related to card services Experience managing vendors such as Worldline, Mastercard, Bancontact Able to operate autonomously and act as a senior expert Dutch: Native / Fluent (mandatory) English:
