NEXEO is currently looking for a Data Analyst to support a major client in Brussels. This mission is part of a data-driven transformation program aimed at strengthening reporting capabilities, improving data quality, and enabling better business decision-making across key departments. Mission Overview As Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to enhance reporting, optimize data processes, and ensure data integrity across systems. Key Responsibilities Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks Translate business requirements into data models and analytical outputs Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are respected Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions Collaborate with business and IT teams to improve data accessibility and usability Support continuous improvement of reporting and data processes Contribute to data modelling and optimization initiatives Profile Required Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure and interpret complex datasets Experience in data reporting, analysis, and visualization Degree in Data, IT, Economics, Finance, or related field Technical Skills Strong command of SQL Advanced Excel skills Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools Good understanding of data structures and databases Knowledge of Python or R is a strong asset Languages English: Fluent French and/or Dutch: Professional working knowledge Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to translate data into business insights Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, structured, and autonomous working style Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmen
