Head of Revenues – B2B SaaS | High Impact Role
P2MAP is a B2B SaaS company helping organizations make better portfolio and investment decisions through advanced project prioritization and scenario analysis.
We are reinforcing our commercial leadership and are now looking for an experienced hands-on Head of Revenues to take full ownership of sales and marketing strategy and its execution . You will play a key role in accelerating P2MAP’s growth.
This is a leadership role with real ownership, designed for someone who wants impact, responsibility, and meaningful upside.
Your role
You will take full ownership of P2MAP’s marketing and sales strategy and its execution from day one. You will work closely with the founder/CEO, with clear ownership of results.
This is a full-time role requiring regular in-person collaboration in Belgium (typically 1–2 days per week on-site) , so candidates should be based in Belgium or nearby.
Your responsibilities include:
As traction grows, you will naturally evolve toward structuring and building the commercial function, and eventually leading a broader sales organization.
This is not a purely strategic or managerial role . It is about making things work in practice.
