Methods Engineer

Context:

To continue IKOS’s growth in Belgium, we are recruiting Methods Engineers keen to take part in our missions throughout their country.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize manufacturing processes (quality, cost, lead time)
• Support new product industrialization in certified environments
• Define work instructions and production standards
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma)
• Monitor performance and implement improvements

Your profile:

• Master’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or Aerospace Engineering
• Experience with documentation
• Familiar with VSM, FMEA, and ERP systems
• Experience with CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, Inventor) and PLM tools (ENOVIA)
• Fluent in French; technical English required
• Proactive, autonomous, organized
