A growing, innovation-driven semiconductor company is hiring a Business Development Manager to support increasing demand for advanced semiconductor design services globally.

Belgium – remote.

EU citizens only.

Business Development Manager Role:

• Drive new business through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and networking
• Own the full sales cycle for semiconductor design and engineering service projects in medical, industrial, automotive and consumer.
• Work closely with technical teams to shape and qualify opportunities
• Build long-term customer relationships and stay involved throughout project delivery
• Represent the company at international events (e.g. Embedded World)

✍️ Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Relevant electronic engineering degree, or equivalent.
• Experienced is selling design services for the semiconductor industry.
• Good knowledge of ASIC and semiconductor design .
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a Business Development Manager role
