Electrical Project Lead – High-Voltage Substations

Your Role

As a Project Lead, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle of high-voltage substation projects—from conception and design to execution and close-out. Depending on your experience, you will take responsibility autonomously or with guidance and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in projects from definition to final delivery , including administrative close-out
• Carry out and coordinate technical studies
• Manage calculations, budgets, and project planning , aligned with client needs and available resources
• Develop tender documentation and support the procurement process
• Lead and coordinate on-site execution , working closely with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients
• Ensure clear communication and progress reporting throughout the project
• Regularly visit construction sites during execution phases

After an onboarding and training period, remote work is possible up to two days per week , combined with office and site presence.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanics , or equivalent experience with strong technical interest
• Junior profile eager to grow into project leadership or medior profile with relevant experience
• Experience in project management and/or site supervision is a strong advantage
• Strong interest in the energy sector
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Clear communicator with a client-oriented and assertive mindset
• Team player with pragmatism and problem-solving ability

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch or French
• Good knowledge of the other national language is a strong asset
