Internship Sales Development Representative


Insurance historically is a manual labor-intensive, admin-heavy industry. A lot of manual labour goes into reading incoming requests, processing emails and attachments from central mailboxes, forwarding to colleagues, scheduling and prioritizing tasks and archiving information into insurance back-office systems. Our Agentic AI Solution reduces friction and brings structure to the biggest bottleneck of insurance operations: the Mailroom. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Paperbox, you'll play a key role in driving our growth. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll help us expand our footprint and open new doors. This is a full-time role with flexibility for remote work and regular travel within the focus market. ‍ We’re growing fast, with the ambition to double our ARR , and we’re looking for someone who wants to help put oil on that fire and guide us to the next level. Quality, then speed: , Sales & Market Development (SDR) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified meetings for Account Executives Sales Execution Position Paperbox’s value proposition clearly and concisely in early-stage conversations Ensure high-quality handoff of qualified opportunities to Account Executives Represent Paperbox in early-stage conversations with prospects in the Netherland Commercial Drive (Hunter!) Ability to run consultative, value-based sales processes B2B SaaS/Enterprise Software sales experience is a plus Strong hunter mentality – you love prospecting and opening new doors Sales Excellence Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus ) Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter who thrives in a scale-up environment Team player who works well across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field ‍ Native Dutch proficiency Experience in insurance or financial services industry ‍ That’s why we spend a lot of time on providing perks and benefits that help you thrive as a person.
