For our dubbing team in Zaventem, we are seeking a Freelance Administrative Assistant this Summer who will bring structure to a creative production process and serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors.
As a Freelance Administration Assistant, you are the right hand of the Production Managers. Responsible for Assignment of Rights (AOR) contracts management, booking the resources in our systems, provide PO's to the talents so they can invoice and several ad hoc tasks. You will ensure that all talents are booked in our systems, and contracts are made.
Keep track of all AORs & work contracts on each production and assure that all talents sign them
Ability to be a team player while being able to work independently.
Knowledge of French is essential
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
Experience in working in a PC based environment
Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential
