We’re looking for a senior engineering leader to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of scalable embedded software platforms powering highly complex, safety-critical products used by millions worldwide.

What you'll be doing?

• Lead the development and delivery of next-generation embedded software platforms for multiple product variants
• Define scalable engineering ways of working, platform strategy, and release models
• Build and grow high-performing embedded software teams across architecture, integration, verification, and delivery
• Drive innovation across embedded systems, automation, AI-assisted engineering practices, and platform engineering
• Partner closely with global R&D, systems architecture, product, and external technology partners
• Champion modern engineering excellence across Agile delivery, verification automation, and technical leadership

What we’re looking for?

• Proven leadership experience of 5+ years where you've led a transformation
• Strong leadership background within embedded software or firmware engineering
• Experience leading complex platform or product engineering organisations
• Expertise within regulated, safety-critical, or high-reliability environments is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of scalable embedded architectures, systems integration, and software delivery
• Proven ability to build engineering capability, mentor leaders, and drive organisational transformation
• Comfortable operating across both strategic leadership and technical delivery environments

This role requires you be onsite 2-3 days in Brussels. We can offer relocation, but not fully a remote position
