For a facilities service customer in Limburg, we are searching for a freelance Project Manager to analyse and assist client requests, make offers and negotiate solutions, and ensure orders are processed with technicians and any relevant follow-ups are conducted.

The candidate should have good commercial and people skills, with a technical background (electromechanical, construction etc.). It does not matter what your background is as you will be taught the customers industry-specific solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your own projects and customer portfolio for Concrete Processing, Building Pathology and Repair Techniques.
• Analyse project requests and work out tailor-made solutions in close contact with the customer, focusing on expertise and the use of specialised equipment.
• Take care of the site preparation, measurements and proactive follow-up on site.
• Support technicians in the preparation and execution of their assignments.

• Strong project management experience
• Good commercial acumen
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willing to travel
• Technical background in engineering or construction
