Process Engineer

Nexeo is looking for a Process Engineer – Risk & Credits

To support a strategic regulatory initiative within a banking environment, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join the Tribe Risk & Credits (Squad Consumer Loans).

You will contribute to the implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive 2 (CCD2) , ensuring legal requirements are effectively translated into compliant and efficient lending processes.

Your role

• Analyse, design and optimise business processes (process modelling).
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes and system updates.
• Contribute to business requirements definition and testing.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, Compliance and Internal Control guidelines.
• Collaborate with operational and business stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of experience in Process Management.

Experience translating legal requirements into processes/products.

Agile experience is required.

Technical skills

Mandatory:

• Process management tools
• MS Office
• Process improvement methodologies

Nice to have:

• Visio / BPM
• Experience in Risk & Credits (financial sector)
• Business requirements writing

English: Fluent
