Country Manager BeLux – E-Mobility Leader (Brussels)

Company & Context Our client is a well-established European player in the Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem. Unlike many startups in the mobility sector, this is a profitable, self-financed scale-up with a proven business model and a leading position in its home market (France). While they already have a strong B2C user base in Wallonia, the B2B market across BeLux is a blank slate.

Location: Brussels (Home Office / Hybrid). Role: Strategic Country Launch & P&L Ownership.

The Mission: Build the Ecosystem, Drive the Growth You are the Head of BeLux . Your mission is to structure the market presence and position the brand as a key player, with a massive strategic focus on Flanders and Luxembourg . You act as a bridge between the local market reality and the HQ.

  • B2B Fleet & SaaS Sales : You act as a true hunter. You open doors and sell our B2B SaaS fleet management solution directly to leasing companies, fleet managers, and large corporate accounts.
  • Strategic Partnerships (CPOs): You identify and sign key agreements with the local ecosystem (Charge Point Operators, Installers). You build alliances to leverage our interoperability with all charging networks.
  • Market Intelligence: You are the "eyes and ears" on the ground. You adapt the global vision to the local culture and guide the product roadmap.

Who You Are (The Ideal Profile)

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • Industry & Background: You come strictly from the E-Mobility / EV Charging sector AND you have a strong track record in B2B Fleet / Leasing . Ideally, you also have experience selling SaaS / Software solutions. You already know the key players in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Skillset: You have a strategic mindset (P&L, Roadmap) but are willing to be highly hands-on during the B2B launch phase. You understand complex B2B2C and software dynamics.
  • Languages: Fluent Dutch AND English are mandatory . French is a strong plus.
