Bio-Tech Manufacturing Lead

Senior Technical Delivery Lead (Java / Cloud) – via Pàu (Hybrid, Brussels) Pàu is looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Lead with a strong Java/cloud engineering background and proven experience in Agile delivery, to support a high-impact federal digital transformation program. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on technical expertise with Agile delivery ownership. Drive Agile delivery within a multidisciplinary team (Scrum ceremonies, planning, roadmap, releases) Act as a technical leader, guiding design and development of robust and secure solutions API design and development Ensure high-quality delivery in a complex, ongoing program environment We are looking for someone who is hands-on and delivery-focused. You bring a strong mix of technical depth and delivery experience: ~10+ years in software engineering (Java ecosystem) ~ Java (SE / SE10+) ~ API design and development ~ Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master / Delivery Lead) ~ Cloud-native environments ~ Experience with Angular Language and location requirements (mandatory) Dutch English French: at least intermediate (professional working proficiency) Currently living in Belgium Collaboration with a highly skilled expert team Hybrid setup (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Pàu is a digital product design and technology partner, helping organizations design, build and scale digital products and services.
