UX Designer (NL AND FR)

We are looking for a UX Designer (NL + FR) with wireframing expertise to join one of our clients' teams.

Regime: 5/5

Remote: 2 to 3 days on-site, 2 to 3 days remote/week

What are your responsibilities?

• Design seamless end-to-end user journeys , overseeing everything from the initial discovery phase to the final validation of digital products.
• Convert abstract concepts into tangible blueprints , creating the initial wireframes that serve as the foundation for the final UI design.
• Map out the user ecosystem by developing personas, experience maps, and detailed service frameworks to align all project members.
• Lead collaborative design sessions with internal teams and external users to rapidly brainstorm and prototype new features.
• Maintain high standards of UX consistency , ensuring every digital touchpoint feels intuitive and connected for the end-user.
• Support development teams by providing clear design guidance and ensuring adherence to UX best practices and accessibility standards.

Who are we looking for?

• Expert in Needs Analysis , with a proven ability to define complex requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Strategic Facilitator with confirmed experience in leading workshops and extracting value from diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven background in Service Design , comfortable navigating between abstract strategy (blueprints) and practical design (wireframes).
• Agile Mindset with experience working in collaborative IT development environments.
• Analytical Thinker capable of interpreting complex datasets to drive design decisions.
• Language Requirements : Native-level fluency in Dutch is required, with an active knowledge of French and English .
• Accessibility Focused : A strong commitment to designing inclusive services that meet modern accessibility standards.
