Position: CRM Program Lead (SalesForce) As a Global CRM Program Lead, you support large organizations in driving complex, global transformation programs. You play a key role in shaping the vision, structuring the roadmap, and ensuring effective delivery, working at the intersection of business and IT. Lead program governance and coordinate multiple workstreams at a global level Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making and managing trade-offs Deliver program milestones while managing risks, budget, and timelines Drive change management initiatives in coordination with other transformation programs Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent ~7 to 15 years of a proven experience in Program Management ~ Languages: Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English ~ SalesForce Therefore we invest in our people as of day one to support them into a blossoming career within Phinest.
