Position: CRM Program Lead (SalesForce)

Responsabilities:

As a Global CRM Program Lead, you support large organizations in driving complex, global transformation programs. You play a key role in shaping the vision, structuring the roadmap, and ensuring effective delivery, working at the intersection of business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall program vision, roadmap, and rollout strategy in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
  • Lead program governance and coordinate multiple workstreams at a global level
  • Align global and regional stakeholders to ensure business needs are properly captured and addressed
  • Ensure strong focus on business requirements, processes, customer journeys, and user adoption
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making and managing trade-offs
  • Deliver program milestones while managing risks, budget, and timelines
  • Drive change management initiatives in coordination with other transformation programs

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
  • 7 to 15 years of a proven experience in Program Management
  • Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholders including a business audience
  • Knowledge in or interest for Agile, PMI, BPMN, Prince 2, Lean-6 Sigma is an asset
  • Languages: Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English
  • SalesForce
