Your responsibilities

• Advising on investigations, behavioural competition matters and regulatory strategy
• Representing clients before the European Commission and national authorities
• Handling State aid, FDI and EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation matters
• Working closely with international teams on cross-border competition files
• Actively contributing to business development and team growth initiatives

Ideal profile

• 5 to 8 years of Competition Law experience gained at a leading firm
• Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction
• Strong exposure to investigations and behavioural matters (merger control not the primary focus)
• Fluent in English , Dutch being an asset
• Outgoing personality with a genuine interest in business development
