Business Development Manager – Benelux

We are partnering with a well‑established, innovation‑driven B2B organisation within the flavour space to appoint a Business Development Manager responsible for driving growth across the Benelux region.

This role combines new business development and account management , with responsibility for identifying new opportunities, nurturing long‑term customer relationships, and managing projects from initial concept through to commercialisation. You’ll work closely with internal technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a regional commercial strategy
  • Winning new B2B customers while growing existing accounts
  • Leading customer projects in collaboration with R&D, production, and quality teams
  • Negotiating and closing long‑term commercial agreements
  • Representing the business at industry events and trade shows

About you:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within flavours, preferably sweet knowledge.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a balance of hunting and farming
  • Comfortable managing complex client projects
  • Fluent in Dutch and English , with French as a strong advantage
  • Autonomous, structured, and relationship‑driven
