To support our growth, we are looking for ambitious Junior Finance Recruitment Consultants with a first experience in finance and a passion for the controlling world .

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys finance but is equally excited by people, advisory, business, and building long-term client relationships.

Your Responsibilities

After an intensive training program you will gradually become the specialist for Controlling profiles (Business Controllers, Financial Controllers, FP&A, Cost Controllers, etc.).

Your role will include:

• Building strong relationships with finance professionals and clients
• Interviewing and assessing finance candidates
• Advising candidates on their career path in controlling
• Working on finance vacancies for SMEs, international companies, and listed businesses
• Developing your own client portfolio over time
• Becoming the go-to market specialist for controlling profiles in Belgium
• Using AI-powered tools to work more efficiently and focus on high-value activities

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Economics or equivalent (required)
• First experience in finance (audit, controlling, accounting, FP&A, consulting, banking, etc.)
• Strong interest in the controlling domain
• Commercial mindset or curiosity towards advisory/business development
• Fluent in English + French or Dutch
• Strong communication skills and ambitious mindset
• You want to grow fast and build a successful career
