Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for technology and the ability to inspire a team? As a Technical Manager, you are the driving force behind the maintenance and optimization of our production site. You are responsible for organizing maintenance, optimizing the production site, and leading and supporting the technical team. You prepare investment budgets, support them with the necessary analyses, and present them to the CEO in a clear and convincing manner. You hold a higher education degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in electromechanics. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and able to motivate your team. You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English. A job in a stable, growing, profitable and international family business. Partly working from home possible.
