Senior QA Engineer - CRM & Portal Applications

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join a dynamic digital transformation team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of modern Portal and CRM platforms while collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

You will work on enterprise-scale solutions involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Power Platform , APIs, integrations, automation frameworks, and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Validate APIs, data integrity, and system integrations
• Track defects using Jira / Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery and QA reporting

Required Skills

✔ 4+ years in QA/testing for web & CRM applications

✔ Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform experience

✔ SQL, API testing, and REST APIs

✔ Jira / Azure DevOps

✔ JavaScript / TypeScript / Vue.js knowledge

✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
