SAP Cloud IAG Consultant

SAP Cloud IAG Consultant | S/4HANA & Access Governance | Belgium (Hybrid)

I’m currently working with a leading organisation on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation , and we’re looking for an experienced SAP Cloud IAG Consultant to support the evolution of their access governance landscape.

This is a hands-on role within an established SAP Security team, focused on implementing and optimising modern identity and access governance solutions across both cloud and on-premise environments.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in designing and implementing access governance processes within SAP Cloud IAG, working across a complex SAP landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting implementation and optimisation of SAP Cloud IAG
• Designing and maintaining SoD frameworks and access risk analysis
• Supporting role design, access requests, and provisioning workflows
• Contributing to privileged access and access certification processes
• Supporting integration across SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud applications (e.g. Ariba, SuccessFactors)
• Working closely with security, IAM, and business stakeholders
• Supporting go-live, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in SAP Security / Authorizations / GRC
• Hands-on exposure to SAP Cloud IAG or similar access governance tools
• Experience with SoD design, role design, and access management processes
• Familiarity with S/4HANA environments
• Understanding of IAM concepts and SAP integration points
• Ability to work hands-on while engaging with stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP SaaS solutions (e.g. Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP)
• Exposure to IAM tools (e.g. SailPoint)
• Experience transitioning from SAP GRC to Cloud IAG
• Experience in complex, multi-system environments
