Workload: Full-time hours

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)

Location: Brussels (hybrid)

We are looking for a senior Agile Coach to support multiple digital initiatives and accelerate a transition towards a product-centric, scaled agile way of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Agile Coach and Scrum Master for at least one product team within a multi-team environment
• Coach teams towards high maturity, self-management, and value-driven delivery
• Mentor Scrum Masters to grow into servant leaders and change agents
• Coach Product Owners on product vision, value maximisation, and stakeholder alignment
• Support adoption of scaled agile practices (e.g. LeSS or similar frameworks)
• Identify systemic impediments (governance, dependencies, flow) and drive organisational improvements
• Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and empirical decision-making across teams

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience as an Agile Coach in complex, scaled environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Scrum and Large-Scale Agile frameworks (LeSS preferred)
• Proven coaching experience with product teams in a software or digital context
• Ability to influence across teams and senior stakeholders
• Fluent English plus French or Dutch

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience supporting product-centric transformations
• Background in enterprise or digital transformation programmes
• Prior mentoring of junior coaches or Scrum Masters
